Total Health for Pregnancy

The Total Health for Pregnancy Program provides information and educational material appropriate to the stage of pregnancy and age of the child.

Experienced midwives deliver the program which extends from conception to the child’s first birthday and includes:

• A dedicated phone line for contact with experienced midwives.
• Comprehensive books on pregnancy & birth.
• A program of outbound calls by a midwife at key stages to support the educational material.
• Access to a web site with online tools and health content customised for pregnancy and parenting.
• An extension of this program is the Maternity Options package, designed to facilitate the safe, early discharge of mothers from hospital and the provision of care services in the home.

The Total Health for Pregnancy program is designed to build loyalty and brand leverage through establishing a personal relationship with new parents.
