How to switch funds
- Choose from one of the following easy ways to switch and you can be an ahm member today.
- Online - just select the fund you are transferring from and download a clearance certificate form to sign and return to us. And don’t forget to stop your payments to your former fund. We will do the rest! Apply online
- By phone - call us on 134 246 and we can join you over the phone.
- By fax - download and complete our application form and fax it to 1300 fax ahm (1300 329 246).
You can also apply by mail; just download and complete our application form and send it to Locked Bag 1006, Matraville NSW 2036.
- ahm will honour any waiting periods served under your previous cover for comparable benefits.
